Lady Ga Ga has been over heard having an argument with boyfriend Luc Carl. The couple were at New York's Time Square 'BowlMor Lane' the new bowling lane night spot. Apparently Luc feels she should announce or discuss they are engaged but she's keeping tight lipped.Whatever the truth the biggest concern is what the ring could possibly be made of!
