David Beckhams £15m libel claim against a US magazine In Touch was thrown out of court yesterday after his lawyers failed to convince the judge that the publishers had acted "with malice".Becks launched a lawsuit against the magazine after it published an article in which prostitute Irma Nici claimed he had paid her for sex.
The footballer denied the allegations and began legal proceedings three days after the article appeared last September.
