Everybody is waiting to hear the name of our future King, the new Royal baby born yesterday afternoon weighing 8lbs 6oz. Its not known if the name will be revealed anytime soon or kept secret until the naming ceremony takes place at the christening.
Traditionally the Royal baby name is revealed during the christening but with todays advanced technology, particularly social media networking, secrecy can be extremely difficult. It may be that the Royal Couple will choose to announce the name sooner rather than later for fear of it being exposed.
In the meantime the Bookies favourite seems to be George. King George sounds traditional but will they go for something a little less obvious perhaps? hmm who knows! Other suggestions have been David. I suspect this baby will have a quite a few names as many Royals do. It may have a William and Charles in their somewhere too, whatever the name is people are very excited about this very special occasions and cannot wait to hear the official announcement for the name of our future King, along with the first pictures of course.
Kate and wills we wish you all the best, and hope you get the much needed privacy you deserve to be able to enjoy this very special moment in your lives. I suspect that once the first images of Baby Prince of Cambridge is revealed along with the name of course, the media intrusion will back off slightly to enable them to do so. I could imagine that the Royal Couple would rather give the press what they want soon to be able to settle down and enjoy their new roles in peace.
